Step 1: Every employee completes an assessment at onboarding and updates those details annually.

Step 2: You complete your onboarding session with our leadership team and they gather the needed information to match you to the best person for your team!

So how do you get started with us?

STEP 1: SCHEDULE A MEETING

Sit down with Concho’s owner to discuss what’s going on in your business and what you truly need help with so we can design the perfect support system for you.

STEP 2: TAKE ASSESSMENT

All of our team members take our proprietary matching assessment when being onboarded and you’ll start your partnership with us by taking the client-version of the same assessment so we can match the right employee with you by skill and personality!

STEP 3: RELAX
