So how do you get started with us?
STEP 1: SCHEDULE A MEETING
Sit down with Concho’s owner to discuss what’s going on in your business and what you truly need help with so we can design the perfect support system for you.
STEP 2: TAKE ASSESSMENT
All of our team members take our proprietary matching assessment when being onboarded and you’ll start your partnership with us by taking the client-version of the same assessment so we can match the right employee with you by skill and personality!
STEP 3: RELAX
…or focus on the work that you know you need to do and don’t have time to do right now (because, we know that’s what we do too!). We’ve got your back!
